How to measure:
Arm Sleeve

Length
Measure from your wrist to the top of your bicep.

Bicep
Around the widest part of your upper arm.

Wrist
Around your wrist bone.
Leg Sleeve

Length
Measure from about 4 inches (≈10 cm) above your kneecap down to your ankle.

Above Knee
Around your leg about 4 inches (≈10 cm) above the kneecap.

Calf
Around the widest part of your calf.
