Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt date to initiate a return. Returns postmarked after this period will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition—unworn and unwashed—and will be reviewed before a full refund is issued.

Domestic Orders (US)

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Fees may apply.

International Orders

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and duties on orders, returns, and exchanges.

Pre-Ordered Items

- Orders that include pre-ordered items will ship in one shipment when the pre-ordered item becomes available.

Order Processing Times

- ProSlide Sports orders ship from New York. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping.

Domestic & International Shipping Options

- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once they reach your destination. ProSlide Sports is not responsible for these charges.
