Keep your muscles relaxed instead of tensing them, and measure around the widest part of your calf with a flexible tape measure, and right above your knee.

To ensure product longevity, gently slide the leg sleeve over your heel/ankle before pulling it up your leg.
I was tired of seeing my husband covered in scrapes and bruises from slow pitch softball. This was our compromise instead of me taking him off the team and throwing him into a bubble. So far so good
No idea why it took so long to create such a great product. Padding and fit of this sleeve is perfect, snug, and flows with me during sprints. Customer service was also excellent in helping with returns for sizing - I'll be buying more in the future when needed for sure!
