Keep your muscles relaxed instead of tensing them, and measure around the widest part of your calf with a flexible tape measure, and right above your knee.

To ensure product longevity, gently slide the leg sleeve over your heel/ankle before pulling it up your leg.
I bought a cheap pair on Amazon before, but that was a waste of money. These shin/knee guards are excellent—the quality is far better than anything else we’ve tried. My daughter plays first base and took a hit to the shin right away, but she didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend!
Sleeve color was crisp and clear. Excellent product idea for dirt that shreds legs. Reached out to customer service after an issue arose and it was resolved quickly and couldn’t have been nicer.

Finally a leg sleeve that actually does what it’s supposed to. It doesn’t slide down my leg, the padding is right where I need it, and after sliding and diving over 30 times on some pretty bad fields, it’s still in great shape. Way better than the old McDavid pads. I’ve already told my team.. just waiting on more colors now!
I played baseball for most of my life and just started playing slowpitch softball- I play all over the place- these knee-shin pads are life savers- I used to leave with torn up limbs every game. Not anymore! Worried about sliding into third? Nope not anymore. That diving catch in center? Nope not anymore.
