Keep your muscles relaxed instead of tensing them, and measure around the widest part of your calf with a flexible tape measure, and right above your knee.

Awesome knee sleeve!

Just tried my proslide knee sleeve for the first time in practice and loved it!! As a D1 lacrosse player, it is HUGE to have a sleeve that doesn’t slide down when I run and is low profile so i can move around in cage!! Awesome sleeve!
